Grief is a normal process that we go through when we loose someone we love. It is a very painful process, but a healthy one. We need time and space to grieve. Unfortunately there is no easy solution to the pain of this loss, it does take time. However we can sometimes become stuck in the grieving process and this is when therapy may be beneficial. With the support of the therapist and the benefits of a neutral and therapeutic environment we can hopefully start to look at the absence of our loved one. We can begin to understand ourselves and our responses to death.
