Loss and Adjustment
Life is sometimes very hard. Due to what happens around us, we may find ourselves struggling. This may be due to a loss such as retirement or redundancy. Or it may be a relationship that ends. These losses bring up feelings of grief and we need time to adjust. Therapy can help us through these times. It can also help with our own negative thoughts, which can sometimes be like propaganda. At times of change it is useful to see if we are taking any of these messages on from ourselves or others.
